Seattle Art Museum – Seattle, WA

This building is wrapped in a united cutainwall incorporating full bright glass and stainless steel panels. The south and west walls incorporate stainless steel Bris Soleil panels that can be moved to change the apperance of the wall. Services from The Facade Group included shop drawing and submittal review, construction observation and field testing. We also contracted to the Seattle Art Museum to review the tenant improvement documents for potential impacts to the unitized curtainwall that might create condensation issues.
